Shipping policy

Shipping Time 

If your order is premade give 3-7 day for it to be shipped and/or delivered. If your order is preordered give 2-5 weeks for your order to be shipped and/or delivered.

Refunds

Only provide refunds if your order hasn’t been shipped in at least 1 week of a premade piece and at least 5 weeks of a preordered piece. If there is a mistake with your order we will first give a replacement piece but if we don’t have the appropriate replacement that the customer ordered we will offer a refund.

Damages and Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please stay up

to date with your tracking number and

email us if package was not received. If order is lost, reach out to shipping service to get an update. We wil open a lost claim as well. We will work our HARDEST to locate your lost package or get shipping service to reimburse you.

Again, full refunds do not come through us on lost packages. In most cases, if your item was lost in deliver we can ship out another item with no additional charge.
